Just like you dream about: chunks of fresh lobster, tossed in a light dressing. Served on crisp lettuce in a buttery grilled soft Brioche Roll.
Warm Buttered Lobster Roll
Huge chunks of warm fresh lobster piled high on a grilled brioche bun. And butter… so much butter.
Spicy Lobster Roll
Just as dreamy as our cold roll: chunks of fresh lobster, tossed in our house-made Southeast Light Delight’s spicy-sweet Chipotle dressing. Served on crisp lettuce in a buttery grilled soft Brioche Roll.

Caprese Sandwich
Thick slices of fresh creamy mozzarella, layered with locally grown tomatoes. Served with fresh basil pesto and a drizzle of olive oil with a balsamic reduction on grilled brioche. It’s summer in a sandwich!
Lobster Grilled Cheese
Fresh artisan sourdough slices grilled with American cheese, harwood smoked bacon, buttery chunks of lobster on local tomatoes. A cheesy, buttery, lobster-y delight!
